With a hint of tint brows can look natural and full, which will create a polished and put together look on every face. Our professional tint takes to even the fullest hair, leaving each eyebrow surprisingly fuller than before. Our brow tint should slowly fade to their original shade within three to four weeks.
Center for Dermatology Cosmetic and Laser Surgery offers the professional service of eyebrow tinting. Under the care of our well trained and highly experienced estheticians, you can define your eyes by creating the right color for your brows.
We take specific steps for tinting the eyebrows. These include:
- Some people may have allergies to the tint solution so a preliminary test will be performed. A small area of the skin behind the ear or on the inner surface of the forearm will be cleansed and a small quantity of the tint solution applied and allowed to dry. After 24-48 hours, if no irritation or inflammation develops, it is assumed that no hypersensitivity to the solution is present.
- A small amount of balm is applied to the surrounding brow skin to prevent dying the surrounding skin.
- Brush the tint on eyebrows from inside to the outside.
- Excess coloring agent is removed with water after desired color is achieved.

Our trained estheticians work with clients to select an appropriate mineral foundation of the perfect hue for a beautifully natural appearance. We achieve excellent results with the following regimen,
Five steps to a flawless foundation match:
Undertone vs. Surface tone
When matching foundation, we first determine undertone and identify any surface tones.
One can have either warm undertone, Olive, or Peach. Cool undertones are pink, which is a result of blood rather than pigment.
Undertone and appropriate mineral foundation
In order to properly color match with our minerals, a basic understanding of the undertone of an individual’s skin is necessary.
Incorporating surface tones
When surface tones are excessive, we incorporate the surface tone into the foundation selection.
Foundation finish and coverage
We will determine which type of foundation is best suited for your skin. We may recommend either a liquid, loose or pressed powder, or a combination of two, depending on the coverage we are trying to achieve.
We also have a selection of mineral concealers which may be used to camouflage hyperpigmentation or other topical skin discolorations.
